Organizations seem to be faced increasingly with a wide variety of potentially fatal risks – some “naturally” occurring or within the system (e.g., inadequate financial management), but many due to wrongdoing that can creep into the culture. This workshop will scan the range of risks against the protective policy range offered within Policy Governance, especially in light recent meltdowns, both in terms of prevention, response, and monitoring.
