This workshop helps attendees gain a greater conceptual and practical grasp of the practicality and utility of Ends as a tool for Board leadership. Contrasting with traditional planning approaches that focus on operational activity (the “how’s”), we will explore, using actual Ends policies from a variety of organizations, how focusing on purpose (“the why’s”) elevates accountability for results.
